ESPN has him as a 4* and #10 TE in the country.

This is kinda bizarre, maybe Rivals is just slow but not only do they not show his commitment but Arky doesn't even show up on his interest / offer list.
(and yes he is a 3* star)

Here is the latest from Arkansas's main recruiting reporter Richard Davenport:
Alabama LB/WR Jervohnte Riles said his coach is suppose to call Arkansas and tell them he wants to commit to the Hogs. Nothing official yet.

I think its a grade issue with him, he only made a 13 his first time to take the ACT. I think thats why our coaches are holding off from offering.

Kinda hard to commit if you dont have an offical offer, or if the coaching staff isnt ready to take your commitment.

Besides the 2 main sites that are more recruiting specialist (rivals and scout) have him as a 3*.

Richard Davenport said he is being recruited as a WR only at Arkansas.. So that might explain it..
