There are plenty of bright coaches, young and old, that can do what Aranda can. 3 million is basically an excuse not to put effort into finding and interviewing quality candidates. You pay your coaches and administrators big money to do stuff like that.
When you cash in like that, you also lose some of the hunger that was driving you the extra mile.
