Ags will split those four games and finish 10-2 after beating the coattail riders from Austin yet still not make the playoff.

If we get 8-4 it will be a good season this year

If Mizzou goes 8-4 this coming season that would be huge because I am predicting the team to go 6-6 or 5-7 for the season.

I don't think 8-4 would be huge, only expected. We will be competitive this year but other than a good Bowl game, that's about it. Despite 10 of our 11 D Starters departing many analysts are picking us to compete.

ESPN’s SP+ model (Bill Connelly), has Missouri ranked around:

* No. 20 nationally in preseason projections

That’s important because SP+ is efficiency-based (not hype-based), meaning it thinks Missouri is still structurally strong even after roster turnover.

Recently ESPN's preseason win total set for Missouri is 6.5. That is not shocking. What shocking is you re trying to hype up Mizzou. Let wait and see what the last prediction by the experts be when Fall camp starts. I think it will be the same win total of 6.5 from major gambling and sport news sites.

Couple of things. I know you're a real Mizzou fan because stating that I'm "trying to hype up a team" by predicting 4 losses, isn't exactly 'hyping up" in my humble opinion. Looking at our schedule, 8 wins is simply not only possible, but realistically it might happen, but more importantly and sadly our ceiling. We aren't going to the playoffs as I mentioned earlier. We can only hope for a decent bowl game.

"Hyping up" would be me saying we will make the playoffs, and finish with no more than 2 losses.

I am in the 8-4 crowd being a good year. We maybe 7-5 or 6-6, it is a first year for the HC...he has a ton of things to fix.

Agreed..it is one of funnest games to go to CFB because of the tailgating..there is very little tailgating places in Atl except for bars that will easily cost you 500+ for a tab.
