Nice pick off and K by 10C pitcher

Rough inning for the Ags there. Way too much chasing for a guy who couldn't find the zone. And gave away and out by getting picked off.

Tennessee still with the one pitch outs
Followed by 3 pitch K

kid is filling the strike zone early in the count. Hard to lay off the first pitch and get down in the count when the guy has a curveball that can make guys chase way out of the zone when batters get behind. This Aggie pitcher has thrown a really good game. Those lefties who paint the corners with breaking stuff are so difficult to hit

I appreciate how Neal & McDonald are handling the conversation. This thread too.

56 pitches and 42 strikes for the Aggie starter. That's damn impressive

not often the outfielders don't even move in this ballpark

19th for the freshman. Do they have tracking at Hoover? Wonder how far it went.

Pretty easy when you get Tenner away from their 12u field.
Home record: 33-5
Away record: 4-12

I'm sure they have it but not sure they're posting the numbers

Nice hustle there by Burke

His furthest at home was 442. I think this one challenged it. Google maps say the treeline just left of the scoreboard is 430'. he hit one 500 in the fall off our shitty pitching.

Some of the trackman numbers I'm seeing around the country this year are just silly. I believe Caglianone had an exit velo of 118 this year. To put that into perspective, the highest in the MLB so far this year is also 118. Something is definitely up with the balls, bats, or both this year in college baseball

This has just been an old school clinic on the mound.
