Because I agree with you, if so.

In the era of NIL and portals you need the first few games just to get a gauge on who should really be starting etc. I just don’t see the benefit anymore. Other than money.

I'm not sure why it is a point of pride for you that you played five in a row. I mean, I would rather say "My team has played 4 P4 teams in the last 5 years and we beat all four!" than, "My team has played 5 P4 teams in the last 5 years, but got beat all 5 times!"

Just doesn't seem like much of a counter.
