Ten wins during the regular season is the goal ... nine wins would be a good regular season.
8-4 regular season will be a disappointment but could be made better with a New Years bowl game win in Florida.
Ten win regular season and a Sugar Bowl berth would make me happier than a pig in mud.

Winning the east and continuing to right the series with Florida is a good season for me. As long as we don’t take a noticeable 8-4 step backwards. That would SUCK

They have already set the bar as high as you can go except winning the national championship. Anything less should be a disappointment every year as long as everything stays like it is. Coach,recruits that are willing to be coached up and a university that is all in. I’m not saying when or if they win a championship but if all these things stay true to form it will happen sooner rather than later.

That would be disappointing, but not in a major way.
Most of us fully expect to be in the playoff again. We just lost to Bama last year so we're not gonna go into that game (if it happens) just hoping to compete.
And of course, if we make the CFP and don't win it, it will be just as disappointing as last year. I think some of you think we all were happy as hell that Monday night. It took weeks for me to get over it. Recruiting definitely helped.
So it's like this:
no NY 6, major disappointment
no, CFP, minor disappointment
no NCship if make CFP, minor disappointment. (what kind of fan base makes the final four and is happy if they don't win? Especially if they lost the NCship in OT the year before.)
2019- Big disappointment if we don't win it all, unless we win it all in 2018.

I would be ok with 10-2.
