Obviously but some parks it can hit the yellow line and bounce back into play and it's still a home run. It all depends on the ground rules.

What are you asking? If the ball hits the foul pole its a homerun. If it hits the yellow line on the fence and comes back in, it's a live ball.

Again normally unless the ground rules state otherwise and some select parks say exactly that.
