Trolling? All I said was that windup stretch are mechanics and that he won't use it after June 15th because pro teams won't let him.

Pitching mechanics are from the start of the motion to release of the ball. What he does before he comes set has nothing to do with his mechanics. You're just being ignorant now.

The whole motion is mechanics
