2013 SEC Schedule explanation

The scheduling myth --- AS many rantards have cried and whined for several days is not lottery nor is it SEC office located in Bham favoritism.
It's a continuation of the schedule before TAMU and Missouri joined the SEC with the change to accommadate the new additions.
Had TAMU and Missouri not joined the SEC the 2013 SEC schedule would include the below rotations on to the schedule -
Alabama - Kentucky
LSU - Georgia
Auburn - Tennessee
Arkansas - Florida
Mississippi State - Vanderbilt
Mississippi - South Carolina
This was the 2008 rotation on - many have forgotten the 5 year rotation. So, with two new teams added - each to a different division, a slight change had to be made.

Arkansas - Florida
Mississippi State - South Carolina
Mississippi - Missouri
Texas A&M - Vanderbilt
The easiest method - switch the Mississippi schools and input the new teams.

I think its a matter of perspective. I'd much rather be playing Florida than Kentucky.
From your view - rebuilding with a new coach - I see the disadvantage.

We have the #3 SOS this year and will likely have the #1 SOS next year due to the SEC schedule.
So I have to laugh at anybody bitching about their SEC schedule (or anyone else's for that matter).
