State may or may not have vacated 8 wins, so possibly only 103, but doesn't lose any rank on the list.

It’s is a sad thing. But OU has had some generational team CFP and Natty draws. 2004 USC, 2008 FL, 2019 LSU, all teams that are considered the best ever.
