95 Nebraska scored 2 times as many points in their NC game as 01 Miami. They scored over 11 points more a game than 01 Miami.

Did they not lay the beatdown on a damn good Florida team that year?

For starters, I rarely post there. Secondly, the SEC Rant is hardly above the Rant in terms of sanity and rational discussion.

with posters like you and the other idiot,we see why this is true
Well some of us already knew this

I was comparing '04 Auburn, which went undefeated. The team with losses that I was comparing to this Bama team was 2001 UF, which lost two games by a total of five points and blew out every other team by at least two touchdowns. Both teams were qt least as talented as 2009 Alabama.

The best ever or not. Alabama is the best team in the land this year... And that's all what matters.

You think they could have beaten one of Spurrier's best UF teams 62-24? If you do then you are an idiot. Just being honest.

best cheaters ever. Bama has benefitted from the SEC being the weakest it has in history. LSU, UGA, UT, & AU are just a shell of their formers selves the last 2 years. Just look at our Bowl results

You obviously don't know too much about 2001 Miami, you never got to see how good they were because they honestly never had to even try. Nebraska didn't have the players to handle Shockey, Winslow, Andre Johnson, Willis MaGahee, Frank Gore, and Clinton Portis. To say 1995 Nebraska could beat 2001 Miami is like saying they could beat an NFL team, which was basically what 2001 Miami was.

I saw them both. 95 Nebraska was badass physical. Miami was awesome too, but both heads up at their peak.. imo.. Nebraska walks on them.

2001 Miami had more talent on it than Steve Spurrier had on his teams his WHOLE coaching career combined.

How many of those Nebraska players made all pro teams? Just curious...
