Reliving great moments in program history is nice. But you wouldn't know anything about that would you, co-champ.

cool relive a meaningless regular season game where you beat a 3 loss team while also being a 3 loss team.
sorry some programs can celebrate sec titles that were won after color tv came out

I'll do you one better - LSU leads the series 59-41 and has better everything than Ole Miss historically except for bowl win percentage. Stats are fun.

We won? Haha! All you other teams can suck it!!! (Sorry for the late post. I was out studying and didn't realize we'd won the 2001 title again tonight until now.)

This is the most pathetic topic I have ever seen. Jesus Christ somebody put LSU fans out of their misery.
If the 1963 SEC Championship Game were being replayed, I'm sure all the Ole Miss fans on this board would be glued to the TV reliving the glory years of Rebel football from half a century ago.

Did they even have an SEC championship then? I didn't even watch the 38-17 replays (a game in which the Ole Miss Rebels defeated the LSU Tigers 38-17) much less a game from 14 years ago or beyond.

This is easy to Google. If you had any computer skills at all, you would discover that the SEC was formed from remnants of the old Southern Conference in 2000, the year LSU scraped together enough money to form a football team and people figured we might as well create a play group for them to join so our parents would get off our backs about always picking on that weird swamp-water Frenchie kid down the street. We dumped Tulane and University of the South (later renamed 'Sewanee' in 2006) among others, and sent the Georgia Tech Yellowjackets packing because Mark Richt threatened to take UGA to the ACC if we didn't. In 2005, we added USCe, an independent, and Arkansas, part of the Southwestern Conference until the conference imploded after Houston Nutt grew too powerful and the rest of the conference rebelled. Then something to do with Manziel and grown man football and, frick, some meth-head Yankees posing as Southerners or something. I don't know. It all gets confusing around the time we expanded to 14 teams. Most of us were very, very drunk at that point and made some regrettable decisions.
