They just said he's 6'4" 220... as a recruit he was 6'3" 180 and a 3* as a "Pro-style QB/Safety"... Seems like a lot of teams missed the boat with this guy.

Yeah. The offer list alone is pretty indicative he's either from Texas or the surrounding area, but looks like he's from Whitehouse, TX. Do not disagree with you on Kingsbury. He was a hell of a QB himself and clearly has shown an ability to evaluate the position at a high level and then actually get them prepared to perform in college.
