In case the name for #79 on the starting A&M offense this game looks familiar, it's because he's the father of starting A&M RG Joseph Cheek, who wears the same number.

Damn I miss the wrecking crew. I forgot how good Johnny Holland and Domingo Bryant were.

That A&M team was really good. Texas A&M and Arkansas both had great defenses that year.

That was an exciting game. Stopping Bo repeatedly at the 1 was a dramatic stop.

10-6 that year. F-N Bama caught us in the opener and somehow BU did too. Finished 10-2 with SCW title.

I was at that game in Birmingham. Caught a PAT kick of Van Tiffin's. That was a good Bama team, just a really tough schedule.
