If you're going by the idea that the name "Alabama" doesn't appear, well OK but neither does "Auburn". They're "University-1" in the Person indictment.

It really doesn't matter. This whole "unnamed schools" isn't going anywhere. The FBI won't be releasing their investigative materials to the NCAA or anyone else.
