Fannin scored a TD without ever actually getting the ball in the end zone. Fumbled 6-8 inches out, Arky picks it up. On the field refs signal fumble and arky ball. Suddenly it's "ruling on the field is a TD" and replay doesn't overturn it though it's clear the ball never got in.

Well there was an obvious hold and offensive pass interference in that possession for Ark so i would say they are calling it equally bad.
