The 6 day option tells us that they're waiting on the result of Auburn-Ole Miss. Auburn loses and Bama/LSU gets CBS.

It’s either going to be at noon or 7, but would be on ESPN either way.
Ole Miss vs. Liberty is the SECN game at noon.

Do you expect Auburn to beat Ole Miss? Surely AU-A&M is not the 2:30 game unless Auburn beats Ole Miss. I think CBS chooses Bama-LSU if Ole Miss wins this weekend.
If Gary is forced to call a game other than LSU-Bama I don't know what he'll do with himself. His mind will be elsewhere, that is for sure.

I'm trying to remember the last time the Alabama/LSU game wasn't on CBS. I'm thinking 2006
