I don't believe Alabama has won the western title 5 times since 2007 but I could be wrong.

That stat includes "co-division champs" if that changes anything.

I'm not sure in regards to co-championships but these are the teams that played in Atlanta

07 LSU
08 Alabama
09 Alabama
10 Auburn
11 LSU
12 Alabama
13 Auburn
14 ?

We both are, your OP was incorrect. We've had 14 since 1960.



1993 is officially 10-2, although we actually went 9-2-1, Alabama had to forfeit the tie.
