LSU sits atop of the standings and have the chance to beat the next 3 best teams in the next 4 games.

That's a tough stretch of games. This time of year is fun.

LSU could hand as many as 6 teams their first loss during the regular season.

I agree that I'm not seeing enough to think they're a title contender but a win at Georgia put them up a notch in my mind. Obviously the Florida game is the big one. If they win that one, then we'll crown their arse.

Why is it that LSU barely beats a middling UGA team - the worst UGA team in the Richt era - and all of a sudden they think they are a title contender. You guys really aren't that good. And this isn't a commentary on UF or the game next week. This is a straight up comment on LSU, who is my 2nd team in the SEC behind UF and who I've been to see more than anyone other than UF. The offense is mediocre as is the defense. Can someone explain it to me? Last week no one was feeling that good, and now because you beat Georgia you are?

I agree that they don't look like contenders but winning at Georgia is still a good win, especially when you're struggling. Two SEC road games and two wins. Florida didn't look good against Tennessee but everyone is still giving the Gators respect based on their talent level. LSU doesn't look great but they do have the talent on their roster to turn things up.

I think it is actually funnier when people say we play like shite and we still win. I think it would be funny if it continues over our next 4 games.

If we play like shite and are still 9-0 it will be one of the funniest things in the world.

But, LSU has looked medicore all year. They haven't looked good beating anyone. They are also only averging 20ppg on offense. OPFFENSE, not special teams or defensive scores. Against UW, Vandy, and UGA that's not really great - esp because none of them have a good defense, much less a "great" one.

Regarding UT, if Tebow doesn't fumble on the 3 it's 30-6 and no one is talking. Just saying. Not to mention, we've had a lot of injuries this year.

We did it in 2006 so it could certainly happen, but our defense in 06 was awesome. That is the difference.

I still think we are overrated, but I'm starting to feel better.

If 4 points is monkey-stomping, then what is 10?

You are saying some stupid shite.

1. LSU will not hand 6 teams their first loss, this is just retarded.

2. You are not #1 in the SEC. You are in a three way tie of undefeated teams in the West.

1. We have done it 3 times already and we play UF, AU, and Bama over the next 4 games. I think there is a chance that Bama may lose before we play them. We also have a chance of winning those three games.

2. We are 3-0 in the SEC which leads the league.
