Yeah, I guess so, but living in BR, I can't get good baby backs anywhere. They keep wanting to throw them in a pot of boiling water first, bless their hearts.

If you are ever near Natchitoches, there is a BBQ place in Clarence, LA.

Might be the best BBQ joint in Louisiana.

It's been inconsistent the times I've been, mainly concerning the quality of the meat. The sides are good, though. I really like their greens.
