They just need to look at all the previous coaches...
We've only had 5 coaches since the late 60s. One was from Transylvania, two were assistants, one from Murray St., and one from VCU. 2 had great careers, one was good for a little bit, two were busts. Marshall would easily be the highest profile guy we've hired.

If Few hasn't left yet, I doubt he does. Probably a career guy there.

Why u think I'm melting is beyond me. I couldn't care less if he goes to bama, I just think you guys are setting yourselves up for heartbreak. Marshall is a fool if he commits career suicide when his name is so hot

Are a lot of UA fans guaranteeing Marshall will be our coach?

How would it be career suicide if he accepts 6 yrs @ 4.1 mill per?

Yeah, I've literally seen zero Bama fans guarantee that we will get him.

I'm assuming he likes coaching, and doesn't want to retire after being fired in AlabAma. You could be right though, maybe he's ready to call it quits

Wow, is this the current contract under discussion? That some serious jack and a serious contract term for Bama. Hope it works out.

That's pretty close to the numbers that are being thrown out there.

I don't expect you to understand.....

You see, his career is like a jet plane. He's currently on a steep incline towards the sky. What would happen after being run out of town in Tuscaloosa? And why would he even risk taking a job there instead of waiting for a more lucrative job to open up? It's not like he is under pressure to move, he will continue to go to the tourney every year where he is at, he won't at Alabama
