Yeah if we had won 1 or 2 games and Clemson not won the Acc tournament we would have had a super regional

He should be. Second straight year we haven't made it, hes been here 7 years, he's only made it as far as the Super Regional (and that was with Jim Wells' players), we've always been a perennial 3rd seed, and with a new $42 million stadium and improved fan attendance, there is a good sell to get a new HC.
Battle should fire him instantly. The SEC is showing that it is seriously dedicated to being a power in baseball. Not just LSU, but other programs as well. Alabama has the history to be a great program going forward. Gaspard clearly won't ever get us anywhere.

As in possible 7, or realistic 5. I think the 4 national seeds plus USCe have a real good chance. Ole Miss got a epically shitty draw and Vandy has a tough Super matchup.

Correct. Since every SEC team that got in the tournament is a host then you can't have a SEC vs SEC matchup till Omaha.

5 made it one year back in the 90's (can't remember exactly what year) Had 4 SEC teams on one side of the bracket and MSU on the other side.
