quote:

Chris Davis from Auburn was clearly out of bounds in running the missed field goal back for a touchdown in the 2013 Iron Bowl. There was way to much riding on this game for that to have been missed- a SEC Championship and National Championship. I think they should put together an overtime play for Auburn and Alabama. Yes, I know how impossible that sounds and how much trouble it will be BUT sometimes you have to make wrongs RIGHT and with so much riding on that game the SEC and NCAA needs to make it right for the players, university, fans, coaches, SEC and SPORTS in general. And if they don't like the hassel then go out and make sure your employees, the refs, are not making such HUGE mistakes. And the refs needs to be punished for not even reviewing the play because it wasn't even close- he was CLEARLY out of bounds. Its not fair to say that this is over and overtime can't be played now just because of how much trouble this would be to put together. It was wrong....and you need to make it right regardless of the hassel.

SEC and NCAA- do the right thing and make this right for everyone involved!!

Thanks Obama

I wish they would show is toes when they touch down. There are views from behind where it clearly shows his heel not touching and him accelerating off his toes.

Good stuff.

We would have lost in overtime.

I think I can officially say I've heard/seen it all now. Who was the OK senator who wanted an investigation on a blown call over an onsides kick?

It was a great game and an unbelievable finish.

I think any fanbase, even the most reserved, would feel the same way had they gone through what alabama did saturday. It was a crazy way for a game to end and title aspirations to be dashed. As you can see, it's been a tough pill to swallow, but I don't think that has as much to do with the fanbase as the situation. Substitute any other two rivals in that situation and you get the same aftermath

They used a horrible fuzzy picture as proof even though the other direction shows his heel wasn't touching

LOL at all the analpain in those responses. Even if he had stepped out of bounds, they act like they were going to go from being ripped apart by Auburn's offense to playing defense like the '85 Bears in OT.

Honestly, with all the dropped passes, bad calls, and boneheaded coaching decisions, I feel like Bama fans have handled themselves pretty well.

If a certain other SEC team had lost that way, the excuses and bullshite would be all we're hearing today.

Even if he stepped out with both feet, if the NCAA didn't overturn a game that was won on an extra play in a game where an overtime wasn't needed to decide the winner (5th down game), there's no chance in hell they are overturning this.

Oh my God. There is just no end to these people's delusion, denial or whatever you want to call it. It is astounding to me.
