In all honesty he did a great job at both State and Ole Miss. The Clarion Ledger is losing one of their best IMO.

Pankveazey has been the hardest working beat writer I've seen since I started paying attention to them. You could always tell he was doing everything possible to find the most interesting articles as possible and trying to get his name out there as much as he could. It caused people to think he was out to get their team, but he was actually just doing a damn good job. I figure he'll be moving on from the commercial appeal at some point as well to something better. I got respect for veazey and always tried to tell state fans they were retarded for disliking him.

I used to hate Veazey because he always stirred crap up. I thought this may have been because he went to OM. After I saw him do they same thing at OM, I realized that is just his style. I also didn't know how good we had it until we got Marcello.
