Alabama's recent non-rated/unevaluated CB commitment had flown under the radar until showing off at Alabama's camp last week. He ran back to back 4.35 forties and impressed Saban and company enough to extend an offer.
This sent rivals and scout scrambling to a 7-on-7 tournament held in Huntsville on Friday to evaluate Belue where he was quoted as "clearly being the best prospect on the field and did not disappoint with his performance."
Belue not only rivaled #1 CB Demarcus Milliner's forty time, but actually beat his time in the state's 100m track meet this year.
Belue committed to the Tide on Saturday during an unofficial visit, and will be receiving a grade from Scout and Rivals soon.
I can't wait to hear the Aubbies... He was only a one star and then he committed to Bama and boom he's a four star. The recruiting services are so biased.

To tell the truth, I was too. I'm guessing he must be close enough that he'll be able to make it if he works hard over the next year. Pretty easy to bring a low high school GPA up when you've got a whole year to do it.
