I don't understand this move by Ole Miss.

The NCAA just shite on us, and we are appealing and saying "frick you." You would never do this in a law court, and the NCAA is even worse naziism.

Someone in another post suggested we got permission from the NCAA to reinstate RR. I hope that is the case.

Remind me, which schools have said frick you to the NCAA and have gotten lighter punishments than expected? By my estimation, both Miami and UNC had stronger cases against them, but they both got off with little to no sanctions. I think we should do what we want and have them force us to do otherwise because they’re a bunch of useless, corrupt fricks

Basically the university is telling the NCAA, their evidence is some made up weak arse lies and we are now demanding reinstatement prior all these lies coming out in court.

It's how they should have been addressing these allegations to begin with, as the preposterous lies that they are.

If you know their statements can not hold up in a court of law then you act as if you are holding the nuts, because you are. Once the NCAA knows you are going to fight them in court they don't have a leg to stand on. Not without being held accountable. They attempt to shame the schools into accepting their claims and BS.

They attempt to use the court of public opinion to add to that shame and make honest people accept their bs lies.

Screw the NCAA and their made up BS. If anything we should be suing them for defamation of character for the 4 year anal probe that consisted of the investigator's basically raping Ole Miss over some small time violations and some outlandish claims from rival players and coaches that can't be proven.

The school screwed up, they should have been out in the court of public opinion telling everyone how outlandish the accusations were and how there's no way Ole Miss would lay down and take punishment from the NCAA over these unsubstantiated claims.

The school messed up thinking they didn't have much to worry about, except that the NCAA wasn't afraid to manufacture evidence to back up their actions. Now they need to come out throwing hay makers. Throw the NCAA under the bus with their lies and made up testimony. Nobody likes the NCAA anyway, so little Ole Miss claiming that they got bullied by a corrupt investigation by the NCAA isn't going to be hard to pull off in the public's eye.

But yes, Ole Miss should have fist flying and lawsuits and hearings pending until all the NCAA BS is uncovered for everyone to see.

And if along the way. state and the SEC office can be implemented into the Ole Miss investigation all the better. Emails and phone records will have to be made available during the Rebel Rags lawsuit. I'm sure there is plenty of info that was tossed back and forth between the NCAA office and the SEC office that might put both in a bad light. Considering the only $10000 that was proven to exchange hands came from a rival schools alum to a player being paid to lie????

If Ole Miss wants to win, then they should play to win. Enough playing nice, nice guys continue to finish last.

When Vitter and Bjork saw how the Moncrief situation was going down they should have documented the actions of the investigator and sent his arse packing back to Indianapolis. Then the University should have sat down with the NCAA and told them that if they continued their investigation without close adherence to proper procedures the university would have no alternative but to file a lawsuit for wrongful and negligent due process.

The NCAA might be the enforcement entity in college football, but the schools still deserve fair and equal protection from arbitrary and biased investigating.

All of which can be proven, when the RR lawsuit uncovers all the information between the NCAA, SEC office and Mississippi state. The fact that Leo Lewis received money from a state alum with little or no suspicion on the NCAA's part shows there was collusion taking place between the SEC office, the NCAA and state.

The NCAA didn't have enough to do what the SEC office wanted done, so they turned them to state to help them create more accusations that still can't be proven in court. And yes, if Ole Miss sues the NCAA their findings would have to hold up in a court of law. Or their actions could be found to be criminal, liable and/or slanderous.

The NCAA was told by the SEC office to shut Ole Miss down. That was the end game. If you don't believe this was an internal power play by the SEC, then you are sadly mistaken. The NCAA doesn't go anywhere in the SEC the SEC office doesn't want them to go.

Where was the NCAA when Cam Newton got paid? No where to be found the league office handled it and the NCAA kept their noses out of the way, until Slive could make it go away.

Why aren't we doing the same with regard to the attorney in Ridgeland and the alleged 10k payment. Leo gave 4 different stories.

Rebal Rags v. Leo etc? Yes, waiting on the Ole Miss Law School Supreme Court to rule in the venue for defamation case. A Mississippi State judge ruled in RR favor.

I talked to Bill Waller in the gravy aisle at Kroger in No. Jackson. We got this.
