Play some fresh faces like Helsel who will fight to stay in the line up. I see some batters trying to make adjustments on different style pictures and some are not.

it has got to kill team spirit when a player is hitting.200 and a boat load of errors and they play everyday and you are waiting for your turn.. stupid to do that.

Why not let Austin knight DH some ? Move Jamison to LF , Preston to right , and leave Helsel at 2nd . Let Will Allen and Mathis think about getting back on board. If Jake Overbeys glove is that good , put him at short , Anderson SEC avg is not that great. How many games have we lost because of errors .

Overbey playing in the field would result in him getting at bats.

That's putting it kindly. How he was drafted in the 10th round is beyond me.

This would be my lineup for this weekend.

Bousfield 8
Anderson 4
Turner 2
Mistone 5
Orvis 3
Overbey 9
Hellsel 6
Allen DH
Mathis 7

Jamison and Knight can PH if you need them to in the 9th. Allen had been bad at big moments at points this year but he is swinging it as good as anyone in SEC play, along with Orvis.

what is more suprising to me is why he turned down 300.000 to come and sit the bench.I bet he is kicking himself.

I bet if he had played as much as Anderson , his avg would be equal to his or better , and with fewer errors at short.

Do not worry we are in the same boat with Godwin..But looking at the past 3 years sec stats Mossberg was a better hitting coach.

I know it was a joke but Yarbs and Snider made Mossberg look better than he Was. Part of our problem is we have more pitchers than position players on the roster. We only have like 13 position players and 2 of them are worthless with a bat.

Quez would be our everyday RF this year.
