I think y'all matchup with them really well. D-line needs to have a big game. I hope Freeze tones RN down and tells him to play for the team. I think most of you agreed he played very selfishly during the Egg Bowl and it hurt y'all.

31-17 Rebs.

ETA: My team logo is only to troll y'all's newcomers. Take it with a grain of salt.

I think we win by about that amount too, GT has a good offense, but they struggle when teams have more than a week to prepare for it. I trust freeze to have the team prepared and we contain the GT run enough to win 34-21

GT is literally the best team to play in a bowl. An entire month to prepare for the option. Easy.

GT is 1-7 in their last 8 bowl games.

It's really the only good thing about being an Ole Miss fan that a bowl win is basically guaranteed (as far as the football in and of itself is concerned). I'm feeling pretty good about us facing Georgia Tech. I was hoping for Music City at the start of the year, and we're here. If it weren't for the loss to yall, I would consider this a completely successful season.

I have a good feeling about it, and we will definitely be going.

I agree with this statement. His BS contributed to 14 points for the opposition in the last two games.

Also don't forget that Dave Wommack was the Def. Co. at GT in the 2008-2009 season so he knows what they like to do. Team will definitely have a good game plan.

Injury list for the bowl game.

LINK

quote:

LONG INJURY REPORT FOR REBELS: Freeze said Monday his team has a "laundry list of injuries a mile long" entering the Music City Bowl. Offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil (knee) is questionable, as are defensive tackle Woodrow Hamilton (stress fracture) and safety Cody Prewitt. Offensive guard Austin Golson (labrum) is out after having surgery and Freeze is hopeful the freshman is back for the spring. Veteran offensive lineman Chase Hughes is also out after having surgery. Tight end Evan Engram, who was injured against LSU and has not played since, could return against Georgia Tech, though a determination won't be made until Dec. 28. "That would help," Freeze said.

Maybe I'm a Debbie downer but gt is one team that I didn't want us to face. We struggle defensively against a mobile qb. Godhigh is a stud. We're going to have to put them in a hole and get them out of their running game. However Lee is one of the better throwing qbs( yes he doesn't have huge numbers, but he makes plays with his arm) gt has had in a while. Honestly I expect to see some different defensive formations from us in order to stop the run, maybe something along the lines of a 4-4... Our d has to play very sound and disciplined. Hopefully bro doesn't have another awful game.
