Did any of you go to the pep rally today. Thoughts?

I went, the 2 jumbotrons in the SEZ aren't huge or anything but I had no problem seeing them from the NEZ. The side underneath the NEZ is the nicest of any parts of the stadium (that's not saying much though ). They didn't really test the sound system too much but it seems like it could be really loud. As for the NEZ itself it's pretty much entirely made of metal which seems very cheap but if we ever get a third down jump or some shite like that it could be really loud(it was loud underneath the NEZ when everyone was leaving).

Im on the drumline at Ole Miss, and I've gotta say from a students perspective I think the new section is amazing. The board is way bigger than I imagined, and at night the new lights are gonna look awesome. You can see them running light shows at night from just about anywhere on campus, and its spectacular

I have a slight grudge against current students because they will never have to sit through 2-10

Glad the improvements look good though!

Dude. I was in school from 2004-2008. That's Cutcliffe's last year followed by 3 years of Orgeron.

EAD.

Plot twist: I was an MSU fan growing up through the Croom years. Then got to Ole Miss just in time for Jax State. I had a horrible 10 year run

I grew up a Utah fan (still am one), I always supported Ole Miss but I didn't really get into liking Ole Miss as much as I do today until Houston Nutt

Houston Nutt got me into Ole Miss football

I was at Ole Miss from 2004-2010. I finally got to enjoy football my last two years. I made the best of it my last year. Went to every game except the South Carolina game. Thankful I didn't go to that.

I was 2008-2013. Saw the good and bad of Nutt and the start of Freeze. My first or second game was Dex fumbling on the goal line vs Vandy.

To this day.....I say that wasn't a fumble. Dex was down. Looking at the replay, it's clear he was down.
