re: OT: Buying a Place in Oxford

Right now there are multiple 2br condos within 3 blocks of the Square available immediately for $65 a night. And the "Host" who deals with all the bullshite like arranging for the cleaning crew etc takes 25%. Doesn't seem like a good market on a day to day basis.
