I'm sure he's a good guy but what has he done that warrants keeping him around for 14 years and promoting him?
RB's seemed to get better after he stopped coaching them and WRs seemed to get worse when he started coaching them.
He must be lights out recruiting or have dirt on the program

Elijah moore was pretty successful under him and Drummond had a good year.
