Hard to pitch well when our zone is tight. It forces us to throw less off speed and throw more fastballs over the plate.

Our pitchers, starters and relievers, have had the same issues for most of the year. Our pitching is not good enough for us to win meaningful road games. We were lucky to have caught aTm when we did

Maybe so. I think we were better at the beginning of the season, though. There is obvious regression across the board.
In regards to the game - great catch by the outfielder, and not a bad piece of hitting by Golsan. Just went right to the left fielder.

But yeah, I was talking about conference play mostly. Our only quality wins away from Swayze are 2 at aTm, 1 against USM in Pearl, 1 at State, and 1 at Vandy. I don’t have much faith in us getting a super at this point, so we’re either going to have to do something we haven’t done in over a month, which is being better than a quality opponent when we’re away from home, or it’ll be another disappointing finish
