Neal Brown is young and forthcoming. I would take him over Dino Barbers.
How about the Mike Norvell? I would give him 3-3.5 millions + incentives.

Mike Norvell's buy out is only 500K and I think he is much better than Chad Morris.
Lane Kiffin is another good candidate with baggage. In my opinion:
Mike > Lane > Neal > others.
Rebals, offer Mike while he is available.
I think UTK is going to offer him when all unrealistic top candidates turned out unrealistic.

You can offer who you want. Any real candidate is not accepting the gig until it is know what our penalties will be. If there is another year bowl ban, it's like death. The coach would be signing up for a complete redo from scratch in a state that only allows four year contracts.
