40 times are for fans.
Scouts are more interested in shuttle, 10, and 20 yard times.
And as of last year(before the '13 class stepped on campus), Moncrief had the fastest 10 yard sprint on the team. He is absolutely explosive off the line.

He'll put up good numbers. I hope he goes to a good organization basically anywhere except Oakland and Cleveland

It'd be pretty cool to see him go to New York and have Eli feeding him every week. That's not going to happen though
