I wouldn't be upset if we dropped out of the top 25. The only team we've played worth a shite beat us at home. We don't deserve any kind of ranking right now.

Why? We shouldn't be ranked when the rankings come out tomorrow. I don't think some people understand how bad of a loss this is. It's worse than losing to Jville State.

Haha it’s almost like it makes you wonder what we’ve been doing the last few months outside of paying top dollar and boosting egos. I realize it’s just one game and one loss, but there are tougher tests and chances for mega redemption. You best get it done.

No it’s not. And it’s not as bad as losing to NIU at home. Kentucky almost beat UGA last week as well, but I’d like some of what you’re smoking.

Guys we just lost to a team that might have the worst offense in the SEC. And that's including Vanderbilt and Mississippi State.

Today was a season destroying loss.

They should’ve beat Georgia too. I mean, like its a sucky loss but is not that bad

They made UGAs offense look just like ours today until 5 minutes to go in the game. I don’t think they’re as bad as their game against South Carolina made them look.

It's bad enough that it ended our season. Playoff teams don't lose to Kentucky at home. Our season's success was based on making the playoff but that's over now.

I think that it is very likely that a two loss team will make the playoffs however there are plenty of examples of national championship teams, losing to inferior opponents classic example Notre Dame versus Ole Miss in the 77 and Ole Miss versus Florida 08

We were a good team in 2008 when we beat Florida. Kentucky wouldn't sniff the jockstrap of that 2008 Ole Miss team.

I mean time will tell but that Ole Miss team got off to a slow start too

I remember thinking after the Wake Forest game, facing another cupcake really killed our momentum. Our guys looked bored, then came out today with that same energy. Having all weak opponents to start the first 4 games I truly believe hurt us more than helped us. I think if we played Kentucky right after WF, it’s a different team energy and a different game.

We got whipped. Kentucky walked in and made the team their bitch. They dominated the line of scrimmage today.

I thought the same thing. There’s so many reasons why playing all cupcakes at the beginning is a bad idea. We looked bored as hell in wake forest too.

One more thing for now… since this is a message board and we predict and prognosticate a good deal… if we falter from here on end (and I very much hope we do not) and Kiffin flirts with other programs, he can hit the road. If he wants to stay and commits I’m certainly glad to have him, but I’m also very much tired of having to court him every October and November. That is all.
