Yes. For every win Kennedy reels off I show his haters how stupid they look actually wanting to fire the guy. As I mentioned in the thread, Ole Miss fans for some reason always feel the best option is always to fire the coach. Makes no sense. This guy is the best basketball coach Ole Miss has ever had and its not even close.

I believe we have a tournament level team. We are just inconsistent at times.

If we drop the game at UF, home vs Arkansas and another one (maybe road vs. State or LSU), that puts us at 21-10 entering SEC play. Would that get us in?

We really don't need to lose at home at this point regardless of who the opponent is. If we take care of the games we should win then some of those games will just be free shots.

12-6 in conference gets us in. 11-7 puts us on the bubble.

Agreed. We are in right now. We really don't need anymore home losses.
I think this is AK's best coaching job. Watching us now compared to early December we look like a completely different team.

Our RPI after last nights games is 39. Everyone needs to hop on the basketball bandwagon.
Saturday is going to be tough at Auburn, they're playing some good ball right now. Luckily they played a tight hopefully exhausting game at LSU last night, so short turn around should be in our favor.
Not sure how we'll finish, but I think that if we can avoid losing to Auburn and State we should be a lock for the tournament if we can just split the games outside of those two.
If we stay hot, we have some games coming up that could boost us even more and potentially move us into the 7-8 seed range.

We cannot lose to State. We always seem to lose in Starkville but last year that killed our chances of going to the NIT. State is a must win. Arkansas, Florida, and LSU could be our only excusable losses

Losing to state would kill our resume. We already have a couple of terrible losses and I don't think it could handle anymore.

AK deserved the criticism he got early in the season. I admit I was wrong saying it was probably time for us to be looking for a new coach but Kennedy has a bad habit of losing to teams we have no business losing to. I'm still frustrated with Charleston Southern and Western Kentucky.

I am anxious to see how he recruits once we have the new arena built. It has to be tough to recruit basketball players when you are embarrassed to show them the arena they will be playing their home games in.

Yea it's sad when you don't even want to show your arena off to recruits. The Pavilion is going to be amazing!
