With Jay Johnson decommitting, our recruiting fell to 59th nationally and 14th overall in the SEC.
We are dead fricking last in recruiting in our own conference.

I never thought I'd see the day.
This is just a piss poor recruiting effort.
Hope we can right the ship but with 2 months to go till signing day I don't see it happening

Would you send your kid to a school without having any idea how harsh a penalty they were about to receive from the NCAA?

Tyrese Fryfogle anyone familiar with this MS WR?
He has two sets of parents that came on his visit with him.
Was he adopted by the Fryfogle that was the former WR here?
Saw a picture of the group during his visit.
Myles Brennan news.

Sun Herald article from this summer
Fryfogle
Looks like his dad wants him to follow in his footsteps
quote:
Fryfogle received his first Division I scholarship offer on Wednesday from Idaho and now he has an offer from the program where his father, Trey, played receiver from 2001-02. “My dad, he was just as excited as me,” he said. “That's where he wants me to go. He didn't know what to say.”
quote:
The 6-foot-2, 195-pound receiver is coming off an outstanding junior campaign when he pulled in 52 catches for 919 and eight touchdowns. His impressive numbers earned him a spot on the 2015 Sun Herald All-South Mississippi Team.

Nick Tiano transferring from state. Mullen interviewing at Baylor was supposedly on a baylor message board but has been removed.

Baylor now down to 3 finalists, none of them named Mullen. They would have had to pay him more than they were Briles.
If he wanted to leave he would be gone by now. Already mentioned for Houston, Baylor, and Oregon this year and I expect he continues to get mentioned on message boards throughout the offseason. It's a shame us random posters are now considered "sources" by media.
Sucks that Tiano is transferring. Probably a good move for him but it leaves us uncomfortably shallow at QB for sure.

Question(s), can he and is he willing to play anywhere on defense?
