I always assumed the official heights and weights were a little inflated though, unless you're Kevin Durant. Like, neither Swag nor Shea Patterson seem like they're actually 6'2". Having run into both of them out and about in Ox, they certainly didn't seem that much taller or lodger than I am (around 5'10"). I always assumed weight was similar.

Shea Patterson is 6'1.5 or 6'2. I am 6'0 and when I met him between his Jr & Sr HS season I had to look up just a tad.

I think everything hinges on the NCAA with Akers. Word was he was ready to commit but then "Draftgate" kicked in.

Do you think we would take Ty's commitment right now if he did commit? I know he is a stud but I just wonder if that would hurt us with Cam. I would be surprised if we add 4 more offensive players.

I do... I don't think we can turn down a talent like Ty on the chance we get Akers. Who knows we might get both of them.

Absolutely we take Ty. A bird in the hand is better than a bird in the bush.
I'd prefer Cam cause he's a Mississippi boy but if he's leaning Ohio (holy crap he's going to hate Ohio) and a stud from Tennessee is ready to commit... You have to ride with who wants to be with us...
Ty might be ready to tote the rock. Cam might have to sit behind other 5* RB'S for a few years...
Hope we can at least get one...
