I've been waiting for years for him to call out the starting line-up at a basketball game

The real question is why hasn't he done the "Are you ready?" chant at the beginning of a football game yet.

Last year for the Wofford game we had Hugh Freeze do it. That's a really exciting and bold move for our athletic department to ask someone who is contractually obligated to do it.

Beats this year's egg bowl when chip and Johanna Gaines did it and no one had a clue as to what was going on. That should have just been a sign of things to come.

What do you baws think of Willie Gay's recruitment? The LSU side feels pretty good about its chances, but you know, the whole Starkville thing.

He would probably start at LSU and at minimum play A LOT. We have no depth at linebacker. We would take 5 in this class alone if possible.

I'd be shocked if he ended up at Ole Miss

At this point I don't know if I even want him the way he seems to be playing us. More and more I'm thinking he's the type we need to quit fooling with.

Man this class is horrible. Clarke gets a offer from LSU and he probably dips. Bowie states he gets a offer from FSU and he gone. Akers to FSU. Little to Stanford. Smith to UT.

This is worst than being on probation.

I see where Kam White is Iowa State's lone 4 Star and they have more Mississippi commits than we do. Hope he flips. Wonder if that's even still being rumored.

The only thing that concerns me about Sneed going to Baylor would be the reason. Rumor has it "there might be some program altering" changes coming out of the NCAA investigation. I'm sure when Lubbick came in as the WR coach he was told more information that might not be available to the general public at this time.

It appears he may have used that information to lure Sneed away from Ole Miss.

Hopefully we can close the book on this Shite Show the NCAA has been doing and move forward.

I won't be surprised by any new findings, Ole Miss isn't doing anything that other schools aren't doing.

Ole Miss is just the new kid on the block so they are being singled out. It didn't help they were able to beat Bama with less talent.

I know what you are saying, but quite honestly everything that's transpired over the last several months because of the investigation has been quite "program altering" at the very least in comparison to the trajectory we were on. If the right recruit or two were to drop, it would almost be like we didn't recruit at all this entire year. That is obviously enough very program altering.

Oh, and one more thing, if Lubick left us and lured a recruit away from us to Baylor by using information he was told in confidence during what was understood to be conversations with the intention of him coaching for Ole Miss he needs one, thing and it rhymes with arse whoppin'. And a pretty severe one. Only savior is as bad as our class is, it's still light years ahead of Baylor's. The NCAA needs to talk to him about ethics violations. If none of this is true, I apologize.

I'm going to go ahead an assume that it might have more to do with the fact that the guy we hired as WR Coach we should have hired as OC. Said WR get's OC job at Baylor and tells a WR to come play with him: "Hey kid, look at Oregon's passing game"
