shite, this is going to be an extremely close finish to which class ends up #1. It feels like the top 5 classes this year dominated recruiting

If we land our best case scenario in AJ, Kobe, Deaontay, Simmons, Knott, and Mathis then we would have 2 more points than y'all currently on the 247 composite. So I guess if y'all just pick up one more kid we can't catch you.

We're in all likelihood getting Kristian Fulton and Tryavon Mullen, so that should be enough. The last few spots I have no idea. I hope Carter wasn't just screwing with LSU

J. Simmons
D. Anderson
are in, I think.
Synthesizing info from the various sites, I gather we want and have a decent or better shot at:
1. AJ Brown (not sure if Mykel Jones is a take if we strike out on AJ).
2. One of Kongbo/Kobe Jones/T. Hall/M. Southall
3. One of S. Carter/N. Knott
4. J. Mathis
Simmons is a composite 5 star and most of the rest are high 4's.

anderson is so fricking good. Corey Raymond has been at his doorstep since his sophomore year, so tNetwork pulled some serious strings landing him.

If we land the Mathis, Kongbo, Simmons, AJ, Kobe, Knott, and Deontay while y'all land Fulton and Mullens we beat you by 2 points. If we land all those except Kongbo, and you land your two, you beat us by 1 point. 247 thinks we get all those guys except Kobe and he's a toss up. Rivals hasn't jumped on the Starkville boys headed to Oxford train just yet. If don't land any Starkville kid, but the others mentioned and y'all land your two you beat us by 2 points

Obviously folks on the rant are going to go crazy with it, but I don't really see the need for being overly concerned about the situation.
It's funny watching Auburn fans, etc. get on a high horse.

I'm trying to think of who's still on the board for LSU, but LSU has more than 2 spots left. We can take 27-28 if we want. The only two major prospects other than Mullen and Fulton are Lashley and Juan Williams. We want Lindsey Scott at Qb, but he's not highly touted because of his height.
