Yeah. It wasn't fun. It was a doors and windows factory. I loaded the trucks. God I hated it. Pay was shite. Work was horrible. And the people were shitty. But it made me never want to leave school.

I fall in this category. I love following recruiting. I also love high school football. Keeping up with the players of the future is fun, and moving through the ups and downs of the year is exciting.
What I don't like is the pageantry that now comes with it. My dad and I sat in awe watching Roquan Smith's announcement on ESPNU yesterday. Started with 4 schools on cards and had a friend help him remove 2 of them. Then, he went into a bag and rustled around for a full 60 seconds before pulling out UCLA gloves. An hour later he was opening his recruitment back up and is now considered a UGA lean.
I am all for schools setting up a ceremony to honor their student athletes' accomplishments, but some of this is getting out of hand.

Leo was concerned about ONE thing...and that was $$$$.... and he was just too expensive for a guy going to Junior College. The guy is not intereted in college in the very least...doubt he ever attends a class.....ever.

Now...that is the bottom line on that.

And Richmond was a weird dude that our coaches never got a handle on the whole time. He committed to OM early cause we were hot...but our coaches never really had a totally confident feeling on him...WHICH cost us other players because we sold out on him.

And thats all I got to say about that.

That picking cotton was the only things slaves had to do back in the day. Their owners did all the other work.

Why? I chopped cotton multiple summers in the delta. It's something I'm familiar with? Didn't your mom warn you about assumptions and such

So I refer to highly sought after recruits and you again assume I am referring to one ethnicity. Damn man... You have character issues
