Expect FSU to be better next year.

I don't know much about them, just that they will be breaking in a new QB. Our defense gets to face Dalvin Cook, Fournette, Chubb, and Barbor next year. shite

Yes he only had 1 year of eligibility left after he left Notre Dame.

I expect Tony back. He is going to have to have another surgery on his knee which means no combine. And we just held A&M to 3 points without those two

shite, that thing is brutal. Only 2 shoe in wins, assuming Vandy continues to improve. But there will be a few more when you consider that Memphis will have a new coach, one team in the west will shite the bed, etc... Should be an interesting schedule to play through.

It is different than what we are use to. Much more front loaded and the back end is more manageable. I've been saying it for almost a year now, I think the 2016 team will be every bit as good as the '14 team, but our schedule will make us hoping we get bowl eligible. On the glass half full side of things, the teams that will give us the most trouble are breaking in a new QB and we get them early and either at home or neutral site.

I agree I think defensively we will be good next year. Speaks has already proven to be an adequate RN replacement, plus Conner and Gross should come back. Elston and Fadol will need to be adequately replaced. Still question marks @ LB

Offense has quite a few wildcards, especially depending on how we do in OL recruiting (need Little and JUCOs). Running game still missing that game-changer unless Swinney surprises everyone. Not worried about WR despite Quon's departure.

Comparing '16 roster to '14
QB- 16
RB- 16
WR/TE- Push (Engram coming back)
RT-Push
RG-16
C- 16
RG- 16
LT- 14

DE-16
DE-16
NT-14
DT-16
OLB-14
MLB-14
Husky-16
Rover-14
FS-Push
CB-Push
CB-16

Specialist-16

Much more depth and not as volatile if an injury occurs like when we lost Treadwell.

I feel like that was pretty conservative too. If I had to bet, I would say that Gates is better than Denzel or Bird was next year. I would also think that Hampton in year 3 will be better than Cody was at FS and it would not surprise me if Bridges or Webster becomes the lock down guy that Senquez was. I do not think for a second though that we will be able to replace Elston. That dude does so much that is not noticed. He is the physicality of the defense. No one flies up the ball better and only Hilton is a better tackler. I am going to miss him something fierce.

I'm pretty sure Fadol has one more year left.

I suppose he could (for some reason I though he was a Senior), although I wouldn't be shocked if he tests the NFL waters.

I'm not too worried about inexperience on our defense next season. It'll basically be our 1b defense getting the start next year.

We are going to miss his incredible blocking and leadership. I was watching Lodge's highlights, that dude is amazing for catches, but we need someone who can block like Treadwell.

Stringfellow can be close. He's bigger and stronger than Quon. I think Metcalf is going to be the next great blocker of the future.

The first time Freeze has had three 5* on the line at the same time, we ran for over 200 and that was with one not having a shoulder.
