According to David on 247, Tee Shepard is "blowing things away this semester academically and should arrive in the summer." He goes on to say that it's huge news because he believes 'Tee was the best JUCO DB in the nation last year'.

I don't think his grades were ever the problem. Had more to do with the credits he needed I believe. I could be wrong though.
