If we can somehow get Richmond, Patterson, and Womack, along with McMillan or Lewis it really would not matter to me who else we got. 3 solid OL and a top LB is what we really need in this class.

How quick/fast is Mcmillon? I ask bc he's already 6'3 250 lbs according to 247.

He's very quick for a DE, which is what position we are recruiting him as

Guys, I just looked at our 2015 class thus far and it's really not a bad group of players. We snag a few more and maybe a couple we aren't supposed to get and this has the makings of a really nice group. #negarebelOFF

The entire class hinges on Patterson and Richmond in my opinion. They will make the difference between a good class and a great class.

I think he is seriously underrated. Is he quick enough though to play safety or will he develop into an OLB? Does anyone think we might have too many OLB's?

Kind of a deep way to look at your question... We are going to push out 2-4 current scholarship players. The leaders for departure are Bledsoe, Ray Ray, Burdette, Mireless, Karmara, Youngblood, and Johnson.
Those 7 more than likely will never start and this year would be the only year they would be in the two deep (Johnson).
That is of course pure speculation. Bledsoe is the only one I can't find an argument for. Ray Ray has potential, length an is just a RSFr. Burdette and Mireless will be seniors, hard to push out seniors, Davion is also a RSFr, plenty of time to develop, but the way we are recruiting OL I don't see him contributing, time will tell. Youngblood is a high character kid, who will bust his butt but will never crack a two deep as long as our recruiting is good. Kamara was a package deal so it might have to stay that way but who knows. Bottom line some of these kids are leaving. I also do not think the Fred Walls commitment will stick so if Ray Ray leaves then we will have just 3 OLB in '15 with one being a senior. Long way to answer your question but I have a feeling that if we do end up with too many OLB it will work it's way out.
It's not like we have to force them out either. Kids want to see the field an if they realize they won't be able to then they will want to leave. Anyone we take from here on out, at leadt in our coaches opinions, are just haves

Don't we have 3 kickers on scholarship now? I'd guess one of them won't be back. David kamara would be a possibility. I don't think Johnson will be gone because of our lack of depth

Yeah I just can't see us giving a kid, especially an OL, just two years to prove his mettle.
I'll hate to see Bledsoe go. Hometown kid.
I had hopes that Ray Ray would be a sleeper. He still has time.

They all have time. Bledsoe and Kamara are the two that you can just tell they won't be anything. You can see Youngblood's ceiling but he's exactly what you want character wise. Burdette and Mireless will not contribute but will be seniors. Davion and Ray Ray should be given more time but this is a business. If we pushed our Davion it would be for someone who we think is potential better on the OL. Depth wouldnt be an issue because we would only push him out if we had an elite OL class.

I hate to be the pessimist, but I am pretty sure the staff fully expects at least 1 RB and a QB to leave after next spring. Counting committed, that would be 7 RB (swinney, Mathers, Walton, Dodson, Wilkins, brazley, and the tx kid) and 4 QB (RB, DK, Doss, and Louisiana kid) on scholarship if no one left.

I think Doss is still a candidate to change postions. As for the 7 RB's, could see a transfer or postion change as well. Jaylen,ITrain, and Judd would be SRs that upcoming year.

I'm sure it will all work itself out. As you fill up the roster there will be guys that kick themselves out of school for stupid ish, as well as guys who just want to play who transfer never to be heard from again.
I don't think there is any way they would push D. Johnson out. Guy is a RS freshman. The numbers will take care of themselves. Also scholarships are year to year so some of those players that never see the field just won't be under scholarship.
