All decent OL should be a take at this point

Graduated with his sister. Definitely Ole Miss fans.
BUT that doesn't mean he'll want to go to Ole Miss. After all, my family went to State but I decided on Ole Miss. Sometimes you just want something different.

Do you think we have a shot at him? Are either of his parents alums or big fans of LSU?

LSU’s search for defensive linemen has been ongoing and on Friday the Tigers extended an offer to the No. 1 defensive tackle in the state of Mississippi in Jackson (Miss.) Callaway product Breeland Speaks.
Speaks has been committed to Ole Miss for a little more than two months, but this latest offer for the 6-foot-3, 280-pounder will make things interesting heading down the stretch.
“It felt great to get that one,” he said. “Getting an offer from LSU was always a dream of mine and for it to come true is probably one of the best feelings in the world.”
Speaks said the offer came from LSU’s headman himself and that also made a strong impression.
“Coach Miles told me he had me high on their board after the senior season I had and he wanted to give me an offer,” said Speaks. “He said they see me as a guy that can play tackle or end and he wanted to make sure the offer came from him. Getting it from Coach Miles showed me how much they think of me.”
Speaks’ father is from New Orleans and they have a lot of family that lives in the Crescent City. He said that is a draw to LSU, but not the only one.
“Having the family down there you hear a lot about LSU,” he said. “I started following them when I was a kid and always loved how LSU was always good and had such strong support from the fans and state. They always send D-linemen to the league too and that is where I want to end up.”
Shortly after Speaks received the offer from LSU he received a call from Ole Miss as the Rebel staff went into scramble mode to try and keep their prized pledge.
“They called me as soon as they found and they just said please stick it out with us,” Speaks said. “All I could tell them was we’ll see.”
Speaks is set to visit LSU immediately following the Dead Period and will be in town the weekend of Jan. 17-19. He said he plans to take his official to Ole Miss the following weekend and then visit Arkansas the weekend before signing day.
Sources close to Speaks tells Geaux247 that if he has a good visit LSU could propel itself to the top of his list.
Also, look for LSU to make a run at Speaks’ teammate, Roderick Taylor, who is the No. 1 offensive guard in the country and is also committed to the Rebels.
247Sports ranked Speaks No. 124 overall in the Top247 and he is the No. 11 defensive tackle in the country. He checks in as the No. 25 defensive tackle in the 247Sports Composite and is No. 291 overall.

I feel good about Speaks because of the visit on 1/24. He'll be there with Rod and all the other commits.
Any chance Malachi Dupree or George Campbell visit? Saw Treadwell talking to both of them on Twitter.

They didn't scramble and again mentioning Taylor is well horseshite. Sonny is much more homery than I thought.

No shite. Now I know why the fans act like they do. They eat a this shite they are fed...

Lots of perceived and added drama in there by your boy Sonny. Its pretty funny, but you literally have 0 shot at Taylor and are only even attempting to get in with him to give you a better shot at Speaks which I would put at no higher then 30%.
