Agreed. I think he was frustrated that after he committed LSU neglected him as we were heavily pursuing the 5/5 crew. I don't think he bought the idea that we were going to be able to get all Dupre, Noil, and him the ball sufficiently, because Fournette, Williams, Brousette, and Guice are going to make for a hell of a RB corps. However, now that Noil is an aggie the slot position is his for the taking. Also have read a few times his parents are season ticket holders , and his girlfriend is going to be a tiger. I like our chances, but you can't underestimate freeze and it's a fact my generation in that area is very pro Ole Miss. Quinn is a stud at baseball too, so it's safe to say he is good friends with Bianco's guys from Barbe.

Maybe. Jt doesn't discourage LSU but more to not feel pressured and check your options out. UCLA worries me if Matrell Mcgraw and Young both decide to head off to Los Angeles. Dupre just has that California demeanor, so it wouldn't be the most shocking commitment if he went out West. But I think Kenny Young is heading to A&M, which ruins that package deal idea. I think Dupre is our #2 guy next season if he signs. He has told our QB commit to not worry about anything, but we've all heard that before. For what it's worth, I have been out and visited a few of those PAC 12 schools for either an LSU game (Washington) or visiting the hometown of friends (ucla). I sure as hell would send my kid out there with the prestige and unbelievable campuses they have out there.

Also, thanks for the kind words. I've always had a weird fanaticism for Ole Miss; talk about pissing my dad off . I'll probably end up at Ole Miss for my masters in accounting, so they can be my second team.

Yancy says the same, but added positions:

OL-

DL (DE preference)-

DB-

Best Available-

(This is counting Epps as a commit)

I saw that.

From what little I know I would speculate this

OL - Sims

DE - ?

CB - Alexander

Best Available - ?

Williams is the DE we are after

I bet they'll get some State commit to visit and all the mouth breathers on both sides will get worked up about it.

That Bryant kid is coming on the 24th. Idc about him though. Only player state has that I would like to have in their class is Williams.

Williams is def best case for DE at this point. It might be a Tunsil type thing. Everyone is kind of counting us out, but he's still listing us as top 3. Maybe it can happen again.

Brandon Bryant sounds like the most likely flip target. We would definitely take Gerri Green, but that isn't happening.

Sims will be the OL guy, and would be a great get for us IMO. We need power run blockers in a bad way.

Obviously Scarbrough is the best "available", but I don't know who is after him on the board.
