Could have sworn I saw somewhere that our staff had told Buchanan that if he signed with us we guaranteed we would not take anymore QBs in this class. In any event, would one of these guys be willing to ride the bench and not transfer when the other is named the starter?

I really feel as if we'll rotate two quarterbacks in at times or depending on match-ups. I think Brunetti is a better runner and he might start against a team weaker against the run. Bo is mobile but not as much as Barry. He'd play more against defenses with weaker secondaries. Also rotating to keep their legs fresh. Remember ASU's leading rusher was their QB.

....this is what I figure, at least.

No we said we wouldn't take another pro style QB. Dante wanted to commit two weeks ago and we didn't accept it because we wanted to make sure it was ok with Ryan. Ryan is our man. That's who our staff believes will lead us in a couple years. Dante is more athletic and he was the MVP of the elite 11 but he wasnt as high on our board as Ryan was. He has that it factor that can't be measured. People get too hung up in who fits the system better. Bo Wallace is our QB because he is the better QB. Brunetti fits the system better but that doesn't matter as much as people believe

Intredasting

Not doubting you, just wondering where you heard all of this? It's cool if you know a guy who knows a guy, just curious.

FWIW I heard the same thing from a couple of people. I don't read Yancy or any other recruiting sites but that's what everybody is saying happened.

I'm excited about Devante Kincaid. I'm glad we are finally signing good QBs again after the whole HDN debacle.

I'm also impressed with Freeze's recruiting so far. Fourteen commitments and a star average of 3.14 is damn good, IMO.

I know a guy who works with Neil at rivals and that was his take on the whole thing. But I've heard it from a few other people as well

That's what I think too.

I hope we can get him. He and Antonio Allen would be a formidable safety duo.

So I was reading a clemson board, and from what they were saying Dabo apparently has a policy that after a recruit commits to clemson they will have their offer pulled if they visit another school. Robert is supposed to visit Ole Miss again this fall. Hmmm...

After Dabo offering how many of his teammates I think he would make an exception for RN.

Oh yeah I'm sure he would. It would just be funny to see him have to break his own policy for this kid.

I dunno......I'm trying to think if a coach has ever come out publicly saying they don't consider a recruit as committed if he's still visiting other schools but looked over that policy for a highly-touted one.

I dont think we get Conner IMO. What are his grades like?

I think Gross is good to go and Strong is still working to become eligible.

Oh and I also think I saw where Kailo spent the day at Ole Miss or with some of our coaches or something.

I think it was on spirit and I've only got Rivals. Maybe Bundy can tell me.

Track Coach was in Kailo's hometown. He refuses to go to Oxford.
