I don't see how OM fans can try to justify the Cut firing in hindsight. It was a PR disaster. Regardless of Boone's "reasons", he should have been making suggestions to Cut, not ultimatums.

If I were in the same position, I would have at least given him one more year, but we would have won 3 the next year. We had the vast majority of the '03 team back in '04 except for Eli and we won 4 games. Adjustments needed to be made to the staff.

In 2-3 years I dont think anyone will be able to dispute that Bjork was a tremendous hire.
