Apparently some of the rivals guys were talking about it at practice. Don't quote me on it just going on what I'm hearing.

Was he actually cleared? I know he got his ACT and coursework in order- but did the NCAA accept it?

I thought they did but I must have been mistaken.

Last word is he got his ACT score and the Clearing House got it a couple of days ago. They are just waiting for his paperwork to get processed. I find it hard to beleive he is already talking JuCo right after he got the score he needed and was just waiting for the NCAA to clear him.

The NCAA allows football players to participate in somewhere around 12 organized team practices before making it through the Clearinghouse. State went through this exact situation in 2010 with Michael Carr. He practiced for the first 2 weeks and then had to sit out a few practices before eventually being fully cleared to play...

The glaringly unanswered question is WHY is OM/Ward not taking advantage of this rule and practicing with the team?

Im not sure that is the case for everyone. Masoli had to sit out until he was fully cleared I'm pretty sure.

Masoli practiced before being cleared.

He wasn't "cleared" until literally the eve of the Jacksonville St game(Friday for the Saturday game).

Had he adhered to the no practice standard, he wouldn't have taken a single snap as an OM Rebel prior to that game.

Last I checked Auburn and OM were two separate entities, on and off the football field.

Robinson's transcript was doctored- caught by the NCAA

Ward finally has his ACT score, and finished extra coursework to get his stuff in order- and turns it into the NCAA- coming off the heels of his HS being taken over by the State Dept of Education.

Now a rumor starts that he could be going juco? I'm not saying Mississippi is guilty of anything, but his transcript and record could be a mess- and one the NCAA Clearinghouse is not going to approve.

There is a reason he isnt practicing- because he could be if all he was doing was waiting on the Clearinghouse.

Just go ahead and say the NCAA isn't going to approve. Then I like Ward's chances.

Coonass effectively reinforces all of my opinions and stereotypes of Miss State fans. Whenever I begin to question them, he sets my world right again.

So you stereotype a college based on a random person on the internet? I might as well base all of opinions on 'bama fans on Harvey Updyke or stereotype all OM students based on the Klan meeting a few years ago.

How many times must we explain it to you that the Klan was protesting the University, not supporting it.

For the record Coonass can say all he want because his track record is horribly bad. I'm glad he is giving us no chance in the egg bowl.
