Semo, have you convicted this man without benefit of due process in your mind?

Of course not. But based on the facts as they are known, he shot and killed an unarmed person. He profiled him, followed him, created a bad situation, and ended up killing him. I've got an issue with that.

Well, remind me to never get anywhere near you in the late fall, winter or early spring.

I may be missing a part here, but what does Martin being in the convenience store have to do with the case?

IMO it doesn't matter whether he had his hood up or not. If it's raining and cold I, like most people, wear a hood. GZ should have had a better reason to follow, or at least confront TM than him wearing a hoodie.

I'm not a racist, I feel the same rule should apply to people wearing turtle necks or fitted caps (unless they are balding - those are my fellow brothers).

Gotcha...you trollin'!

If the hoodie fit, there going to be some shite.

Not a fricking thing. Although according to an ignorant Aggie in this thread it means he looked suspicious cause his hood was up. Never mind it was raining that night.

Ok but reading your post you seem hell bent on "justice" and have chosen Zimmerman as your target for justice. The facts of the case aren't known. Just a side that the media and victims supporters have made.

If this guy is guilty then he's guilty and deserves what he gets.

"Justice" will come in the civil case in my opinion.

I don't listen to much of what the media says. To me, the facts just sound like vigilante justice, and I have a problem with that.

I agree, and the same goes for those wearing cargo shorts/pants or shorts that go past your knees in general.

Zimmerman will get charged regardless of the reality of whether he acted in self-defense or if he actively pinned the 6'3" "child" to the ground and shot a bullet through his chest to appease the masses who want "justice" in a situation which there is no true definition of where justice lies.

I just thought it looked ridiculous for the guy to wear his hood inside a store. nothing to do with the case.

I, respectfully, disagree.

Facts:
An unarmed, teenager is dead.
None of this would have happened if GZ would've stayed in his damn car.

The only two facts we know are this...

A man is dead. A man is charged with murder. But we do not know what caused the altercation.

Consistent with claims of head being smashed into concrete, which could be deemed lethal force. Also consistent with Martin being on top, which leads one to believe, Martin being the aggressor with violence is also truthful.

Exactly. The 911 operator said "we don't need you to follow him." GZ did anyway. He went looking for trouble, got it, and someone is dead.

Perhaps he thought he was doing the right thing in following him, given police response times and what had recently occurred where he lived. Poor judgement does not necessarily mean he was "looking for trouble". Trying to do what you think is right in the moment is frequently viewed as poor judgement in hindsight.

Has the ENTIRE 911 call been released? Because you can edit the tape to sound in anyway. The tone of voice etc are not present in a transcript

Even if he got his head bashed in, you don't get to go instigate a fight and then shoot someone because you're getting your arse kicked.
